2013年毕业于中南大学获博士学位,2009至2011年在加州州立大学洛杉矶分校生物与化学系做访问学者。现任中南林业科技大学食品科学与工程学院讲师。
学术简介
主要从事食用植物提取物对老年痴呆的预防和辅助治疗作用机制研究;多肽水凝胶对食品营养成分的控制释放作用研究,研究内容涵盖对老年痴呆具有潜在的治疗和预防效果的食用植物提取物的筛选方法的建立,活性成分的分离鉴定,活性成分的作用机制,活性成分在生物体内控制释放等方面。近年来在ACS Chemical Neuroscience、Biochemistry、Electroanalysis、Analytical Biochemistry、Analytical Chemistry等国际期刊上发表SCI论文13篇(其中通讯作者和第一作者6篇),论文被引用30余次。作为主持人承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目、长沙市科技计划项目重点项目等多项科研课题。
