一、基本情况

厦门大学理学博士,教授,博士生导师,美国国立卫生研究院国家公派访问学者。湖南省科技领军人才,湖南省杰出青年基金获得者,中国食品科学技术学会杰出青年奖获得者,青年芙蓉学者,湖湘青年英才、树人学者青年特聘教授。兼任中国食品科学技术学会青委会委员,中国粮油学会青委会委员,湖南省食品科学技术学会青委会副主任委员,《Food Science and Human Wellness》编委。近年来主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖南省科技创新计划项目、湖南省重点领域研发计划项目、湖南省自然科学基金杰出青年基金等项目17项,以第一或通讯作者发表高水平SCI学术论文40余篇,授权/申请国家发明专利8项,获湖南省科技进步一等奖1项。

研究方向:

食品功能物质的挖掘与功效评价:以稻谷副产物、药食两用食物及湖南特色农产品为原料,挖掘其中具有抗氧化、调节肠道微生态、改善糖脂代谢等生理功能的成分并评价其活性作用机制。

植物源功能性食品开发:植物功能性成分的应用技术研究与新型功能食品、特医食品、大健康产品的研制与开发。

活性物质的包埋、递送与精准营养干预。
