一、基本情况

博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。粮食与油脂工程系秘书、稻谷及副产物深加工国家工程研究中心主要成员。近5年,主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省重点研发项目、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目、长沙市自然科学基金、中南林业科技大学人才引进科研项目5项。以第一、通讯或者参与作者发表SCI科研论文13篇,其中以第一或通讯作者7篇。发表教改论文1篇。参编外文专著一本。

研究方向:食品生物乳化剂的酶法合成及其乳化性、抑菌性研究,食用油中有害因子的识别与消减、油脂改性。

招生学科/领域:食品科学与工程,食品与营养(原食品加工与安全),每年招收1-2名研究生
