梁盈,教授,博士生导师。厦门大学生物医学专业博士毕业,美国国立卫生研究院国家公派访问学者。湖南省杰出青年基金获得者,湖湘青年英才计划支持人选,青年芙蓉学者,“树人学者”青年特聘教授,湖南省营养学会常务理事,科技部重点领域创新团队骨干成员,全国食品生产许可证审查专家。国际顶级学术期刊Critical Reviews in Food Science & Nutrition, Journal of Agricultural &Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry, Food& Function,Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience等特邀审稿专家。

研究方向

食品功能物质的功效评价:以稻谷副产物、药食两用食物及湖南特色农产品为原料,挖掘其中具有抗氧化、调节肠道微生态、改善糖脂代谢等生理功能的成分并评价其活性作用机制。

植物源功能性食品开发:植物功能性成分的应用技术研究与新型功能食品、特医食品、大健康产品的研制与开发。

活性组分体内吸收代谢分布及其对代谢综合征的改善作用。
