 Ø 主要研究方向和学术成果：                                         

现主要两个研究方向：纳米技术在食品安全检测方面的研究；基于单分子成像技术研究营养分子在加工过程中物理化学动态变化机理和细胞内吞动力学。迄今为止，已在国际著名期刊上发表SCI 论文10 余篇，以第一作者或者通讯分别在Angew. Chem., Anal. Chem., Analyst., Rsc. Adv.等权威期刊发表多篇研究论文。现正在主持的项目包括国家自然科学基金青年基金，湖南省自然科学基金等共计5项，申请国家发明专利7项。
