刘春,男,博士,副教授、硕士研究生导师,中南林业科技大学食品学院食品科学与工程系主任,国家稻米精深加工产业技术创新战略联盟理事。博士毕业于华南理工大学粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业,主要从事全谷物和低GI米制主食加工技术与品质改良、食品胶体与递送的研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food & Function和中国粮油学报等期刊上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇,发表的论文被他引1000多次,高被引论文1篇,封面文章1篇。主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目、湖南省重大科技攻关“揭榜挂帅”制项目、湖南省重点研发计划项目、湖南省自然科学基金项目、湖南省教育厅科学研究重点项目等科研项目10余项,申请国家发明专利2项,主持全国农业教指委研究生教育管理课题1项,参编国家林业与草原局普通高等教育“十四五”规划教材1部,获省部级奖励2项。招收学术型硕士研究生(食品科学与工程专业)和专业学位型硕士研究生(食品加工与安全专业)。指导的研究生获得过国家奖学金、省级优秀毕业研究生、校级“优秀共产党员”和校级“优秀研究生”等荣誉和奖励,指导的硕士学位论文获得过省级和校级优秀硕士学位论文。
