丁涌波，女，1990年11月生，工学博士，讲师/硕士生导师

主要研究方向：

1、碳水化合物化学与营养的研究，主要集中在活性多糖、膳食纤维、低聚糖等的制备、结构表征、改性、生物活性评价、功能机制研究；

2、食品基础原料淀粉、蛋白质和油脂的改性与产品开发。
